We strive to provide detailed and accurate information about our merchandise. We understand that sometimes, things just don't work out. With this in mind, we have created the following return policy for you.
RETURNS ON REGULAR PRICED ITEMS
We will exchange or refund regular priced items received back to us within 15 days of the order date. All items must be in original and unworn condition.
A Return Form must be completed and emailed back to us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to receiving your return at our studio. To request a Return Form and return shipping address, please email us at email@example.com.
When issuing a return for a purchase that was made with both a store credit and a new charge, the store credit will first be returned to your store account, and the remaining balance refunded to your card.
Please include a copy of your Invoice and a copy of your Return Form. Your account will be credited less any shipping costs, within 7 days of receiving it. You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time. In the case that the goods you are wanting for exchange are not available, your card will be refunded. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Please note that Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We do not accept liability for the shipping loss or damage of returned goods. Bel Handmade will not refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local Customs Bureau.
RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS
Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Sale items must be received back to us within 15 days of order date, and follow the same qualifications as returns on regular priced items (detailed above). We do not hold items for exchange.
RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS
All special orders are non-refundable. A 50% deposit is required when placing a special order and is non-refundable.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
You may cancel your order via email up until the time that your order has been shipped. If the order has been processed and shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Please note that your order may be partially or fully cancelled if the item(s) in your order are sold out and no longer available - in most instances we will contact you via e-mail to discuss your order options. In the event of partial orders, We will ship the items in-stock and remove any items out of stock from your order.
You, the Customer, are responsible for all shipping costs and all additional costs incurred from shipping (taxes, duties, brokerage, etc).
